Gluten Free Belgian Waffles

It’s the most perfect teatime! Seriously good wheat and sugar free waffles with blueberries, soya cream, and honey, paired with a cup of Aloe Blossom herbal tea.

Ingredients:

2 eggs
200g gluten free self raising flour
35g coconut sugar
1 tspn vanilla
80g coconut oil / melted butter
300ml goats milk (or any non dairy alternative, like coconut)

Method:

Preheat Belgian waffle maker
Mix all dry and wet ingredients separately
Then mix all ingredients together
Pour batter into waffle maker
Cover for 6 mins
Remove and enjoy!
