Today I made french toast using some very versatile cashew milk! We even made a little vanilla flavoured cashew dipping cream as well. Seriously yum on a fresh Saturday like today!
Recipe for the cream is super easy:
1 cup cashews (soaked 1 hour)
Add 1/2 cup water
Blitz with a dash of honey, sea salt and vanilla
Enjoy! I left mine in the chiller section of the fridge for a bit to make it nice and cold. You can use this cream in all sorts of puddings, add chocolate, lemon, whatever you fancy really
